peppers! I will be bringing these to Atlanta if anybody would like some. Just getting the last of the summer goodies from the garden & eggin all day. It has been a great day except for the skins

2 weekends ago I had some chili that would make ur body kick all human tissue aside and turn into a hybrid...part human part hot pepper tree......wow

I like to take HOT little goodies like that, cut the stems off, cut into 1/2 inch pieces, w/seeds, add rice vinegar, little garlic, black pepper little fish sauce( nuc mam sp? or nam pla). Place in a quart jar with lid and leave for 2-3 weeks . Then take stick blender and blend. Great sauce on things you like spicy.

smoke them on the egg at a low temp then put in oven and leave oven light on for a few days this will dry them. then , wearing gloves and a mask grind them in a blade type coffee grinder..
smoked hot paprika,,,
not unlike smoked arkasas death pepper paprika -
