Little Steven stole my thunder jk
I was looking forward to getting on the forum this evening and posting the same topic. I pulled a pork butt tonight and slapped some on a sandwich, wait make that two. It was awesome :woohoo: , had a nice little kick to it as well.

I was away at the time that Todd"s package arrived. Finally got to try it tonight and I really can't say enough about it. Hope we can get it commercially soon. At a substantial egg discount :laugh:

I believe it will take off once he gets it out there on the market. The friends here on the forum are not a bad start though. Hopefully when Todd is some famous guy on the Food Network he will remember his friends who offered ourselves as his guinea pigs.

Just the truth Todd. I am looking forward to seeing what you do with it at the fest. I am debating on what exactly I will do. I plan on doing some quesadillas, possibly some mini tomato basil tarts, and might finish out the day with some brownies. Not sure yet, but I think I will be watching your grill for something that you incorporate that sauce on.

Don't get me wrong I'm not complaining Todd, OK dang it I am. Thanks for the Maurices but when you make your own & you leave us FL eggers out? I hope they make it past the person pulling them off the egg. I love those things myself. We have never done the small tart shells as apposed to the who pie. I am anxious to see how they will turn out.

Hi Gordon, I don't think we've spoken before. I came up with a recipe for BBQ sauce that most folks flip over. So..during the worst economic time ever, I decided to see if I can make it for the Q-ing public. I'm don ewith developemant so far and I hope to have it ready to sell soon. I'm still jumping through all of the business end hoops. Where do you live and will you be at eggfest this year?
