We have a large Latin population in Tampa. I called all around and not only cant I find it, but no one knows what it is. I even called Allesi who is Tampa Now I'm curious. What is it and can you send a pic of it when you have a chance.

Stopped by a small Italian delli by my house. He make his own stuff that he does not sell but uses on sandwiches. He said he has no eggplant or mushrooms but it was close. He gave me a taste and it was real good. Hot, but a lot of flavor.
