Pre-game wings

Just getting ready for the Bears game tonight, probably best part of game will be the pre-game meal, and hopefully a suprise upset of the Eagles.
Decided to grill some wings with peach grillin' sauce and we absolutely loved them. Haven't posted in awhile and feel the "cookin' fever" coming back strong now that fall is here and can't wait to start posting again.

Those look great. Did you cook direct or indirect and at what temp? I have done my wings both ways and I can't decide what's better.

Wings are like a BGE Rorschack test, I swear. I've seen recipes that call for a few minutes per side direct at 325* and others that have you cooking at 250* for two hours or even longer.

I put mine on a wing rack and do ~300* for about an hour, but I've gotten spotty results. I'll be experimenting for that sweet spot.

Tell me more about the Peach and Pepper Grillin' Sauce. Is it super hot? How do you get it? It sounds interesting.

I've done it both ways also but prefer direct at 400 degrees. About 10 min. per side, sauce, and a couple more minutes to finish. Wife and I both like a little black "char" on them and this seems to do the trick for us.

My wife got it locally from a store. Hot but not over powering and just a hint of sweet to it. Google it and i'm sure you'll find a retailor in your area.
