Did the large Portabellas for the wife again, and again she would not let me stuff them but thanks to Steve & Fidel these go to the top of the list.
marinated for 30 min. with red wine vinegar, EVVO, oregano and basil for 30 min in the fridge. ready now
about 7 min. gill side down Egg at 400 dome
Flip then stuff with cheese (boring)
Now the top left for the wife has the Bomba(knew I should have hid it :( )
Notice the last one was covered with Bomba. Steve thats some great stuff so help me save my marriage by giving me a link for more.
Just messing but that Bomba is great stuff.

Well, the old deck is still in the way I was to tired and sore to break the old one down today I was busy trying to cut up that 85'+ oak tree.BTW,didn't get very far :pinch: I think that I'll bring the skid steer home and load it all in the dump truck(I really don't want to burn the PT lumber)

Ever since reading your post this morning, I've been trying to find the "Bomba" on the net. The closest I found is "La Bomba" by Allessia but I can't find a retail or net outlet. Then, I visited two Italian grocery stores near me and they don't carry it either. So I wonder if you could post a source for the product cuz now I'm dieing to try it. Thanks in advance.

I'll look after ya bud. Hate to see a divorce over some simple sauce.
