Threw a couple of pizza's on the XL tonight. The first was the wife's favorite; fresh chopped heirloom tomatoes and basil from the garden and fresh mozzarella. The second was the heart attack special; bacon and sausage... :huh:
Let's hope the pictures work.
Both turned out great although I rolled the dough out a little farther than my toppings could cover...

That looks great. I love the crispy crust you can get..I haven't found a pizza I could buy that is better than the homemade crust and sauce that were cooked on the egg. (and I travel alot - but maybe I am biased).

they both look great... i need to make a margarita pizza i have not tried that one... and i like that one as much as any pizza i have eaten. but have yet to make one on the egg :pinch:
