Last week I posted photos of my first cook on the egg...pizza.
Last night I cooked on the egg for the second time and made ribs for a few friends, including one who had never had ribs (no pressure!). This was my first time smoking anything, and my first time making ribs.

I used the rub recipe from BGE. It's a bit too salty for my taste. Slathered with Famous Dave's sauce. Other than the saltiness, the ribs came out great...tender and very smoky.

I used the 311 method and kept the egg temp between 225 and 275.
