Eggs in South Tx?

My parents helped me pay for my egg and were with me when I picked it up. They were both very curious about it as they had never heard of them before and have been going back and forth about would they use it enough to justify the price etc. I think they would really like it and have been trying to convince them to get one. They winter in Mission Tx and I wondered if there are many eggheads in that area and if there are any eggfests in that area.

How close is that to San Antonio? That is the home of the famous "Lawn Ranger".

They are just about as far south as possible. It is 4:30 from San Antonio.

We talked my folks into one last year for their winter home in FL they really didn't think they would use it but they did, when they got home to Maine they bought one for up here they missed it so much!
