The coop survived. Leroy has had no power since last night, but OK. He thanks all for the prayers.

  • yeah, i just talked to the big fella as well. ..only thing he's lost so far is the cover off the hot tub. . and some of his fence. ...lots of debris around the yard, but real thankful that is all. . .still getting a lot of wind and rain from the back-flow of the rotation so they aren't out of the woods yet, but the worst should be past now. ...

    i'm trying to get hold of chubby, but no luck so far with him. ...

    Where is Spring Texas located? I couldn't find it on my map. Glad he made it OK, I would miss his forum checks.

    About 30 miles north of Houston. You should download Google Earth (free)! You can zoom in on any place on the planet!

    Silly me, why didn't I think of that. These new technology thingies are really confusing to us elders. :laugh: I have been trying to figure out the GPS Navigation system on my new Passat for two days now.
