Does anyone have a list of meats and their uses?
Like butt - good for pulled pork
Loin - pulled pork, sliced for sandwiches...
Brisket...
etc.
I don't think I realize the potential of what I am throwing on the grill. Please don't overestimate my knowledge.

You can cook just about any cut of meat on the grill from chicken to venison to pork and beef and all the rest. so I would recommend you invest in a good book on meats such as the complete meat cookbook by Aidells and Kelly.
