If you like Jerk food, I stronly suggest this one. They were made by someone at the recent eggtoberfest and are delicious!!!!![p]Jerk Chicken Wings[p]1 bundle green onions - coarsely chopped
½ cup soy sauce
1/8 cup white vinegar
¼ cup orange juice
6 cloves chopped garlic
½ tsp salt
½ tbs brown sugar
4 scotch bonnet peppers – chopped seeds and all
1-1/2 tbs ground black pepper
½ tsp Sage
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1 tbs Thyme
1 tbs ground Cloves
1 tbs ground Allspice
½ tbs chicken bullion seasoning
juice of ½ lime
Combine all loosely in blender/food processor
Let sit for 1 day
Marinate chicken overnight
Cook at 300f for 1 hour flipping every 15 minutes
