SSN686's - Sausage/Cheese Bread Roll

I finally got around to making SSN686's - Sausage/Cheese Bread Roll and I have to tell you anyone that has not made this yest has got to try it. This was a BIG hit this morning even though my mother-in-law wanted to know when we were going to eat breakfast. Well after one bit she said it was more then worth the wait. The recipe is on SSN686's web site at:
http://mysite.verizon.net/respulq1/id4.html
The only change I made was I made my own breakfast sausage by grinding up a pork butt and using Penzey's breakfest sausage seasoning.

This one is a definite keeper and my wife is already talking about making it again this weekend. Here are some pics of the cook.
Ready in the bundt pan and all set for Mr. Egg
A little peak from the dome just to see how all is doing
Right off the egg for a 5 min. rest before serving
That first piece is mine so get your mitts off it.
Hope everyone is having a terrific Labor Day and let's say a couple of prayers for the folks in harms way by Gustav.

Beautiful! Haven't done much baking on my egg yet, outside of pizza, but this inspires me.

I did one of those yesterday as well. Turned out great, but camera batteries were dead.

Looks fantastic! I made that myself a few months back for my S-I-L and her husband, and it was a big hit, too. Jay's recipe was awesome. Congrats on a great cook.
