Tonights babyback ribs

These were pretty good,considering I didn't have my apple cidar vinegar for the foil stage :pinch: These were done 3/1/1,but I improvised and put beer in the foil(it's all I had,don't judge me) :laugh:

Hey man,welcome to the club 3/1/1 is a method of cooking ribs.Set-up your egg at 250,indirect,than smoke the ribs for 3 hrs.Than put the ribs in foil for 1 hr,then without foil,for the last hr.During the last hr,add your bbq sauce

Hey JL,I sauced these with Williamson Bros BBQ sauce.It is a vinegar based sauce.And yes,they were pretty tasty :woohoo:

Still showing off the Smokies i see. It will be mine turn in 48days. I cannot wait. We will be taking in Dollywood this time, i hear they have some pretty good eats there. Food Network rated them the 2nd best theme park for food.
