The non-dessert stuff so far is:

    jalapeno cornbread
    bbq nachos
    enchiladas (60% sure)

Hey Max- how much do you prep in advance? I am thinking about having the hamburger for the enchiladas and the pulled pork for the nachos cooked in advance (on the egg of course) and bring the meat in the cooler.
  • i try to do as much prep as i can in advance so that i have more time to schmooze. goal is to do as little prep work as possible at the site. .. .

I'm in if fresh easy cinnamon rolls will count as a desert B) . Otherwise I will have to qualify with my cookies.
