The wife and I had a "date night" and we made some Cedar Planked Salmon and roasted potatoes on the egg. I basted the salmon with a recipe that uses Alaskan Amber as an ingredient. It is damn good! Here are a few of pics...

Looks really good - I always like cedar planked salmon.

The wine looks good too "Robert Mondavi" is usually really nice.
