Wings Tonight

I'm doing wings tonight. Normally I do them on a raised grid direct for a hour at 350. The problem tonight is I am planning on doing a lot more wings than the raised grid can handle. So I was thinking about doing them direct on the regular grid but lower the temp do to 250 - 300. Am I going to have a tough time keeping them from getting burnt?
