Beef Short ribs

Need to know how you guy's do short ribs on the Bge. It's been so long since I did them my memory has faded but whats new. Man, is beef skyrocketing here in Alabama. 2 packs of 3 cost ribs each 15 bucks.

Here's one that I've done countless times over the years. Only thing is that the ribs need a little more than the recommended time on the grill. I really think you'll like them! I've also attached a pix from one of my recent cooks.~~

thanks , guys looks like i can have a choice of either slow or fast. not sure which i bought the tender one's or the tougher ones. It says Beef chuck short ribs?
