My egg is purched under a giant maple tree that sends javelin type branches raining down in all directions from time to time in bad weather, here is my solution:

Remember the old trash cans they used in the 70's to empty your little Oscar-the-Grouch metal cans into then roll out to the truck, its one of them cut in half upside down, the plastic is very thick & can repel most projectileshappy in the hut

Hey,he's not totally paranoid.I always keep two of my eggs under cover Maybe someday i'll build a bigger cover so the other egg doesn't feel left out :laugh:

Thanks Erik,it works for now,but I do plan on rebuilding it bigger and hopefully better.I need more space,as I have three eggs and only room for three chairs :pinch: The new one will have a much bigger covered area,since I cook alot year-round.BTW,it's even better at night :woohoo:

I was moving it from a rental truck to my porch and I slipped. It rolled off the ramp
But not to worry, because all the Kings men put humpty back together again.
