The first annual EGGwegoFest in Oswego, Illinois is going to be huge! We already have pre-sold 40 EGGs and have 150 registered to attend. With 4 weeks to go, this will probably increase greatly. What we are short on at this point is eggsperienced EGGheads who are willing to cook, and show just what it means to be an EGGhead! HELP! Register at www.EGGwegoFest.com

Pre sold 40, you are doing very well! A lot of friends and family are coming, as I grew up about 5 miles from you. I'll see if I can persuade some of them to do a little cooking. -RP

We have quite a few 'newbies'. Your 101 class/demo will be very well attended - I'm thinking we'll do it twice if that's OK with you.
So all you EGGheads that are still thinking about coming and cooking - now think about coming, cooking and showing your eggspertise by also demonstrating... It will be sooooo much fun! -

GREAT! Please go to www.eggwegofest.com to register. If other people are also considering coming maybe this will help - Oswego is having "Drag Strip Days" that day and evening. We used to be famous for our drag strip and the day and night will include car shows, music, dancing in the street and much more that I'll pass on when I know it.
