Fridays dinner consistered of chicken kabobs. My bride of 54 years did the preparation and I did the cooking. Chicken breasts marinating in Italian dressing, potatoes, vidailias and green peppers seasoning salt and pepper.
Two grates criscrossed on the egg to keep pieces from dropping. Cooked at 275 for 45 minutes turning once.

Looks good. Do the potatoes cook soft like that with rest of the stuff?

That's my old large clay egg.
Microwaved the potatoes first to soften them.
