Yep 2 weeks to the day ,at least one meal cooked on the egg
Some awful good eating ,finished tonight with bacon wrapped pork tender .
If this eating from an was illegal I would be in the jug for a long time, I never used to make food that taste so good ,and now my family begs me to do more

Good idea...
Put some potatoes, onions, green peppers or hot peppers in the pan. EVOO on the bottom of the pan. A couple of pats of butter over the mix and use some salt & pepper.
When done take the pan and put some cheese on the pan and tent with foil till the cheese melts.
Put the spud pan on the plate setter with something to prop it up a little. Then put the chicken on the grid over the pan.
You won't know what to eat the most of, chicken or the stuff that is the pan under the chicken. It's call died and gone to heaven.
Your chicken looks fantastic. Congratulations.
