Big T posted a recipe for tagine chicken and veggies the other. I've had a tagine sitting on the shelf for ages that has never been used. Thought I'd give it a whirl.
Turned out pretty good.

BobbyB,
Would you recommend buying a tagine or does the egg do its thing so one isn't necessary? Just curious. I haven't gotten a paella pan yet still sitting on the fence with that one too! -
Any recommendations on where to buy one from? Is there any particular type that works better with the Egg? I've read that there is a temp limit when using them also so they don't break. Thanks for any info on these as we are also interested in trying one out.

is say the egg doesn't really enhance the tagine cook, as it is a closed system, bit does keep the cook out of the kitchen
