Great appitizer

We did this tonight as an appitizer. Someone had post this back along so I can not take credit, can't remember who though :blush: just slit the sausage 3/4 of the way through. don't pierce the skin on the back. stuff slit with sharp cheese and top with sauerkraut. direct at 300 till hot and cheese is melted. slice and serve. very good!!
