Has anyone ever smoked sunfish in the egg? Is it gonna stink up the egg? Just curious...

I just ordered some DP Raging River, thought I could try that on it possibly. If not, on some other stuff too.

Any smoking recommendations for panfish?

i would fry them if i could find someone that wants to fillet alot of them. they make a great fish fry on a stove top

hmm...i was hoping to try smoking or grilling. I've had them fried a lot. They've already been cleaned and are in the freezer, just waiting to be eaten...

I'm with fishlessman and fry them and serve with hush puppies,coleslaw,grits and have tarter sauce.
