Can you cook some rib about 1/2 to 3/4 done, let them cool, freeze them in vacuum sealer, then thaw them out and finish cooking them at a later date? See-Yaa

You need to bring the temp down quickly. Meat can only be in the danger zone for a total of 4 hours...That includes prep time before cooking.

Going to work in Sturgis, taking the m/home & trying to pre cook some meals so I don't have to spend so long after work making stuff.

Just cook them., freeze ( a few months)or refrigerate ( a few days) them, and re-heat in the oven, They will turn out fine!

i bet you could cook them til just about done and foodsaver them and freeze. later reheat slowly in simmering water then onto a hot grill. ive seen ribs sitting in a hot box for several hours get tossed on a hot grill and basted repeatededly while turning. for what its worth, they are cooked at 139 degrees just not ready yet, anything after that and your safe as long as you get them chilled fast enough.fukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it
