We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Ribeye supper with sides

First we started with two nice inch and a quarter ribeyesIMG_0399.jpg

Then I made a cauliflower casserole with parmesan and basil and creamIMG_0397.jpg

Next was some "cowboy style" pan breadIMG_0396.jpg

And now the finished product...IMG_0403.jpg

I got the EGG to 650* and put the steaks on for 2 minutes. Flipped them and go another 2 minutes...all this time with the cover closed. Take them off and let them rest for 20 minutes. Put them back on for 8 minutes and they're medium rare. We enjoyed them with some coconut custard I made but didn't photograph.
