These are pics of the first attempts with the EGG. So far... I LOVE it! Sorry but no pics of the Molten Mocha Cakes as it was raining pretty good when they were on. This will give me an excuse to do them again soon!

Sure.....I'll send it along with the pictures! The key is to watch them closely and not to over cook. And to remove them from the cups quickly to avoid further cooking. Hence..."molten" centers.

The last thing you want is just a plain ol cup cake!
