What temp do I cook country style pork ribs at and cook it direct or indirect. I am new to this but I love my BGE!

    i just do country style direct 400 with some rub until 155 or so ;)

    You could do a mini low and slow cook untill 200 degrees. Counry ribs are sliced pork butt so just treat them like mini pork butts, put some rub on them and low and slow at 225 indirect.

    Wow, I am doing the exact same thing here today.
    Was planning on them yesterday but where still partially frozen.
    I am 1 hour into my cook of 300deg raised direct.
