I have an a/c company and my neighbor had a breakdown, long story short he asked what he owed me and I replied some flat iron steaks ( he's a butcher ) I got them and some thick rib eyes with a promise of more to come. Any thing special about cooking the flat irons or just simply cook it as any other steak?

Crab stuffed mushrooms.

Flat irons like high heat and a bold rub. Try grinding some of your favorite coffee beans and adding that to the rub. Mmmm.
I like to serve them "family style."

I was at a fair and bought some really hot spices the funny thing is coffee beans are the base of the ingredients on some of the products, and they have a very good hot flavor but not too overpowering
