Ok, unlike Wakefan, I've got time on Saturday for cooking.

I bought about 8 chicken breasts replete with skin and bones, not frozen.

I have some Traeger Pork and Poultry Shake, and as I said have most of the day Saturday free to tend the Egg.

Here's the rub (no pun intended), this will be my first attempt at cooking on my Egg purchased last weekend, and neighbors will see the results.

I'd prefer a longer cook, I have lump charcoal, starters, and hickory chips.

Any advice for my first time cook? Thanks in advance, Erik
