new BGE & veal chops tonight...

Guys..just want to let you know that I finally got my BGE yesterday and I'm flyin' high! Cooked some simple burgers last night....(starting slow, TNW!) and they were pretty tasty...different, but very nice![p]We're going to have my Mom over this evening and she's got some extra veal chops she would like me to try. I'm kind of hesitant since this would be my 2nd time using it, but maybe not as difficult as I'm making it out to be....so, any tips/suggestions would be appreciated![p]Really...the experience last night...just to do burgers was really neat...alot easier than I expected.[p]Thanks so much,
