Atomic Buffalo Turds
Jalapenos stuffed with cheese and meat, wrapped in bacon, seasoned and smoked.
I likes cream cheese, pulled pork in mine...mmmmm-hhmmmmm -
So who invented the name? There must be good story there...

Don't feel bad. I figured out what ABTs are (through this forum) long before curiosity sent me to Google to learn the acronym's basis.

Dont forget to take out the seeds. The more of the ribbing you leave in, the hotter they will be. I try to remove about half. I like pork in mine too, but the ones Doug123 makes with the little smokies are also very good. I am using leftover steak in mine this weekend.

We use kielbasa, it's good too! Also, if you like them you might want to get a jalapeno roaster that will hold them vertically and leave more room on the grill for other things.

In case you were wondering EVOO is extra virgin olive oil. That was the other one that i could not figure out when I was a N00b.

i just ran down the street to the farmers market to by some jalepeno peppers. making these this weekend. -
I like the finished product better, it isn't as hot and you can really taste the rest of the ingredients.

You might want to wear gloves when cutting them, some people have reactions to the heat in a fresh pepper. You don't want to spend the day with your hands in yogurt.
