Cooked 3 on the large, ate a couple. If you try this at home. Take the second stone out and let it cool down before adding more burritos.

    Plate setter legs down, 450. Add little feet and pizza stone/corn meal. Cook burritos. About 45 minutes.
    Let me know.
    I keep basting with buttermilk or eggwash to brown the tortilla.
