I've never used John Henry's rubs before, but noticed several of them for sale at my local green egg dealer here in Chattanooga. I've always used Bad Byron's Butt Rub for my ribs since I bought my egg, but I was thinking about trying something new for this weekend. Does anyone have any suggestions about which John Henry rub is best on ribs? Thanks!
