Is 350 too high to cook? Avg time per pound?
Also, I'm assuming around 165-170 temp to complete?
Thanks for any help.

350 is fine, 15-20 mpp, don't worrry about the time as much as the internal temp and that will work out fine. you can kick up the temp at the end for a crisper skin

Spatchcocked a 6#er a few weeks back. 375F indirect high in large on grid extender. Took about 1 hour and change breasts were around 160, thighs 170F. Iced breasts for 15 minutes per mad max's turkey recipe.

Thank you!

with that big of a chicken, the breast will tend to be done way before the dark meat, so ice on the breast (the chicken, that is)is a great idea.
