In our home I call those "make aheads" and not leftovers! I always make 2 or 3 dozen at a time and then put them in TupperWare containers. A quick nuke in the microwave brings a few on a daily basis back up to speed so we can enjoy them. This especially works going in to the winter months when the peppers aren't readily available.Re-gasketing America one yard at a time.
