That looks a lot like Elder Wards recipe. Check recipes under pork. Even if it's not the same it is an awesome way to do PP.

Does this make it easier??
Slaw, & Sauce, BBQ, Vinegar
This process has resulted in pork butts that received rave reviews at three Eggtoberfests (2002-2003-2004). It requires a lot of preparation, but will produce some of the best pulled pork you have ever tasted.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1.33 cup Bottled Water
5 oz Ketchup
1/4 cup Firmly packed brown sugar
5 tsp Kosher Salt
4 tsp Hot Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp Freshly Ground White Pepper
1 Bag Slaw Mix
Preparation Directions:
1 Combine all ingredients in a nonreactive medium size bowl and whisk until the sugar and salt are dissolved. Taste for seasoning, adding sugar or salt as necessary; the sauce should be piquant but not quite sour.
2 Note - the sauce will get hotter within a few days. Make it fresh every few days.
3 Mix some of the vinegar sauce with the slaw and serve on the side.
