turkey legs

c'mon people, i know somebody has to have a good recipe on the smoked turkey legs, i'm soaking them in a brine right now. i was thinkin around 300deg. until i reach the 180 mark, should i cook them on indirect heat or direct? should i wrap in foil? any help would be great :) i will use some apple chips or mesquite.
