All your questions will be answered.
Egg-N-Tino -
If you like to ccok a whole rack of ribs or a lot of chicken at one time I would get a xl. If you do not do a lot of grilling for large groups than a large will work well. I have a xl and like the extra space so I do not have to worry about burning food around the edges of the grill when I am cooking indirect over long period of times.
If money plays into the picture than just get a large. -
I have a small, a large and a XL.
If I could only have one it would be the extra large. -
Will the heat time and charcoal usage increase with the XL?
-
Yes
Get a large!!
