As you know, i am new. Bought 3.8 lb tenderlon and want to try recipe on page 90 at 375 degrees. Anyone know about how long it will take? Thanks I will check back after church.

How long it will take depends on your preference and how thick the tenderloin is. As you know Beef can be served at a lower temp. 135 (rare) should take roughly 20-25 minutes. Remember Tenderloin is extremely lean and will cook fast. This is not a set and forget type of cook.

I'm sorry...'page 90' of what??..do I need more coffee? :blink: ..as CW said you gotta keep an eye on the tloin..they can cook fast..I have several real good well tested tloin recipes.. but sounds like you already have one in mind..on 'page 90'?
