    not sure which one you want but stuffing then is always good

    i used celery and blue cheese just boil the celery for about 5 min because it was a little stiff.. after they come off the grill dip them in your favorite hot sauce..


    or you can try something diffrent like this:::

    Chicken, Thighs, Stuffed, Jalapeno

    GriffinGaDawg,i saw the recipe on another site...pretty easy really.

    Preparation:
    1 Half the jalapeno and clean out seed and ribs.
    2 Fill jalapeno with cream cheese and top with thin sliced deli ham.
    3 Wrap boneless skinless chicken thigh around pepper half and pin with toothpicks.
    4 Apply dry rub of your choice.
    5 Direct, raised grid for 45-50 minutes at 300-325 till at least 180 in the thickest part of the thigh. i Didn't use any wood for smoke, just lump.
    6 Sprinkle brown sugar at the end.
    7 Serve with sweet potato and zucchini and corn...
