I put this on at about eight last night, I took it off at about six this morning. It was at 192 internal and the dome stayed at 275 alnight. I was trying for 250 and overshot a bit and it never cooled back down. It worked out pretty good though.
I also put on a drunk chicken this morning and it just finished.Soaked in brine all night.

It wasn't a big one,not feeding alot of folks today, I think it was about 8 or 9 pounds. I already tossed the package.
