Canada Kicks Butt

[p]OK !!! My first Butt. In fact a butt / picnic combo - small ones about 3 lbs each @ 225 - 250 degrees start time 9:15 AM finish 6:00 PM. Thanks every one for your input - daughter and in laws over and I can assure you that everyone greatly enjoyed the pull. Will I do it again (?) - yes and soon. Once again - thanks all for your input - I'm only sorry thatyou were unable to join in. all the best/ - Brian

    Brian,[p]Congrats on your successful cook. I remember back when I did my first pulled pork, I to was amazed how good it was. That is the number one reason why the food saver is on my counter top. I could have pulled pork any time without freezer burn, as well as giving it to friends to try. [p]Good Job, and beers to you,[p]Dec
