oops yes sorry very generous mike thanks. BTW I cut those 3-2-1 ribs off the bone gonna try and make something out of them. The fat was still very well defined in the meat. I am wondering if they were cooked enough

Your definitely a punkin-headed McSpazitron. What makes you think I want to get in touch with you about nothing? If you say you've been a DH who am I to disagree? Just don't send me no pictures. My aunt Amelda said she was a DH just the one time, and ever since then I pictured her with a giant purple helmut and some kinda wierd skin flap straight down the center of her face. Some things don't need two eyes neither, most especially if they is always either lookin up or lookin down. On a sad day you see feet, onna good day you see up one of your nostrils, period. I'll cook mine own ribs thank you much, and whether i is lookin up at em or down at em, its only a matter if'n i stood up on somethin or i got me a magazine what had moren ribs innit..period...
