I have been on a quest for the perfect HOT Mustard sauce. I have found that getting the balance of water and vinegar is proving to be harder than I thought (most recipes I have found do not use water).

I have succeed in making, what I think is, the best tasting sweet sauce. Try it, make additions and subtraction, make it your own! I am interested in hearing your recipes for sauce. I will probably try it!

1/2 cup Maple Creme Syrup
