the older son requested the tuna after seeing the pics of the last time.

a light rub of wasabiyaki to get the seeds to stick and a light sprinkle of green tea salt ponzu for dipping

the damascus is a Shun and it was a gift. i only use it on special occasions and it is a joy to use. i do feed the boys good but that ain't cheap either. tuna twice and lamb chops in one week. going to have to get a second job at this rate :laugh:
no toes or wine, was gardening in the rain and it was a quick cook and quick pics. good eats fun times.
