Got my first Egg last year about this time and have posted only a couple of times but have enjoyed the information you all have been providing. Live in Austin Texas and missed the Eggfest because of work.
These were not on the Egg but I am trying to learn how to contribute to the forum. These are scallops in a diane sauce topped with King Crab. Hope this is Okay!

btw, there is a dude (i believe it's rick's tropical delight) who has some killer pics of scallps done on the egg. they're all engulfed in flames and stuff. i'm sure they will be posted again. -

I'm in Leander. THey had the eggfest and the cdear park BBQ festival on the same day and I got to miss both.

Looks great.
