Hello all made some ribs for Mothers Day at the camp site (Silver River). Happy belated Mothers Day to all and hope you all had a great day. We liked Silver River so much for the Florida Egg Fest we wanted to go back and try out ther camp grounds. We had such a good time and the Cracker Village was interesting to go threw.

    Glad to see you back. Still working on the special permit to get the eggs on the beach. I'll keep you posted. Oh yea,,, the ribs look great :laugh: :laugh:

    I found the biggest thing is to cook low and long when it comes to pork. These ribs I cooked for almost 3.5 hours and mop them last 20 min. 10 min. each side. Good luck. Happy Egging
