My Texas Eggfest Egg

I picked up my egg on Saturday at the Texas Eggfest, today my wife wanted lunch and dinner cooked on the BGE. For lunch I grilled Romaine lettuce, asparagus, filets, and so NY strips. For dinner we had a couple of pizzas from Papa Murphy's. Then we did a homemade Apple pie for desert. Still getting use to temperature control, but really looking forward to doing a brisket and some ribs.
