Just got a large BGE. Used it over the weekend to cook ribs. Followed the recipe in the manual to a tee including the plate setter, but used dry rub from Rendezvous in Memphis. (Just down there with my family.) Unreal! Best ribs I ever cooked. So easy!

Hey Cheesehead64,
Welcome and I am a Newbie myself. Just wondered if you live in Wisconsin with a handle like that?

Yeah I'm from Mequon, north of Milwaukee. I grew up in Minnesota though so I root for all the wrong teams!
